About Paperpress
Free, private tools that run in your browser — built by someone who got tired of the alternative.
I'm Sadat Ahmed, and I've spent more than 21 years in asset management across telecom, rail, roads and infrastructure. Over those years I lost count of how often a simple task got in the way of the actual work — I just needed to merge a PDF, convert a file, or put together a quick register, and every time there was a wall: upload your document to some random website, create an account, hit a paywall, or wait out a watermark.
A simple task shouldn't need an upload, a login, or a paywall. So I built Paperpress.
Paperpress is a growing library of free tools — for documents, study, work, and more — that run entirely in your browser. Your files are processed on your own device and are never uploaded to a server. There's no sign-up and no subscription. I built it for people like me who just want the small thing done, and for students staring down a deadline who don't need one more account to manage.
It's early, and it's improving. If something's missing or clunky, I genuinely want to hear it — get in touch.
